• My mom Joyce and her fiancé Ernie who provided us with a place to have our wedding, arranged many many tedious (but necessary) details, and were basically exceptional hosts. To put it in perspective, Ernie single handedly moved over 5 yards of crushed rock alone to make the paths that we used. My mom arranged things like fire stations, first aid stations and everything from wet wipes near the bathrooms to fire extinguishers near the barbecues. We cannot express how much we appreciate your help and how much of a difference in made to us.
• My sister Bronwyn and our good friend Blossom who helped with food, children, makeup, hair styling, last second scrambling and were basically amazing.
• My Redekopp grandparents who brought us most of the fresh fruit and vegetables directly from the Okanogan for us.
• Carol's parents Dick and Eva who shared both their kind words at our wedding as well as one of the largest and best received potato salad ever.
• Mike's groomsmen Jon, Mike and Kevin who donated a weekend without reservation, who helped wherever they could in all matters great and small, and who went above and beyond to keep the groom both sane and looking like he was in control of everything.
• Peter MacMillan who was our officiant with almost no notice with no prior experience officiating weddings who created a wedding agenda from scratch, who delivered some very wise and profound words during our service, who was completely understanding and supportive throughout. As much as everyone else provided the foundation for the day, it would have been for nothing without Peter there to deliver a program that truly made memories for all.
• Carol's bridesmaids Savannah, Danielle and Bronwyn who kept the pregnant bride happy. There were some huge sacrifices made for the bridesmaids to be able to attend and we greatly appreciated it.
• Our photographer Andrea Rutledge who did fantastic work.
• Our guests who came out to offer their support and blessings to our event. Our seats were almost full at 108.
• Our friends and family who could not make it - we know your thoughts and prayers were with us today.
